Offer Several Lengths and Ways to Meet

   Go to ConsoleBookingsBooking types and open the booking type.

   Under Lengths, pick each length you offer, or add Another length, in minutes. Choose which one is Chosen first.

   Under Ways to meet, tick each way you offer and choose which is Offered first.

   Fill in what each way needs: the Site for In person, Who calls for Phone call, the Address for Somewhere else, and How the video meeting is made for Video call.

   Select Save changes.

With one length and one way to meet, the booking page skips the choice and goes straight to the calendar.

Good to Know

• In person bookings become expected visits at the site, with a pass for the guest.
• For Phone call, choose The host calls them or They call you, with The number they call.
• For Video call, leave Video link (optional) empty to use each host's own meeting link from Availability.
• Making a new Google Meet, Teams or Zoom meeting for each booking comes with Starter and up.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "Offer at least one length." or "Offer at least one way to meet." Tick at least one of each before you save.
• "Give the number they call, with its country code." Add the number in full, such as +233 24 123 4567.
• A guest got no video link. Neither the booking type nor the host has a link. Add one to the booking with Add meeting link in ConsoleBookings.
