Go to ConsoleAttendanceRosters, choose the site and open Patterns.
- Select New pattern. Start from a ready-made one under Start from, or build your own.
- Set The cycle: each day a shift template or Off. Give the pattern a Name and select Save pattern.
- Put people on it from a date, and choose the day of the cycle They start on, so a rotation covers every day.
- Go back to Planner and select Publish when the shifts look right.
Good to Know
- Agoo keeps the roster filled from your patterns eight weeks ahead.
- Days you changed by hand stay as you left them.
- Once a pattern's shifts are published, the new days it makes as time passes are published too.
- Each person is on one pattern at a time.
If Something Goes Wrong
- "A pattern needs at least one working day". Make at least one day in the cycle a shift.
- Shifts from a pattern aren't showing to staff. You changed the pattern since you last published. Publish again.
