Go to ConsolePeopleDocuments and select Document types.
- Select Change on a type, or Make a type for one of your own.
- Give it a Name and Group, and choose Who may see them: Standard, Restricted or Health.
- Turn on They expire if it does, then choose the reminder days and who is reminded: The person, Their manager and HR.
- Choose whether Line managers see them and whether People add their own, and how long it's Kept.
- Select Save, or Make it for a new type.
Good to Know
- Agoo starts you with a catalogue made for Ghana: contracts and particulars, licences and permits, certificates, health documents and vetting. More from Agoo's Ghana catalogue lists types you can add.
- Standard is seen by the person, HR, Owners and Admins. Restricted by the person, HR and Owners. Health by the person and HR only.
- Archive a type you don't use. Documents already on record stay.
If Something Goes Wrong
- Who may see them is locked. The type already holds documents, so its audience can't change. Make a new type instead.
- A type naming a Ghana Card is refused. Agoo never keeps copies of Ghana Cards. Record the PIN on the HR record.
