Go to ConsoleSettingsSites, open the site and find Check-in rules.
- Turn on Take visit requests and select Save check-in rules. Do the same for each site that should take requests.
Go to ConsoleSettingsVisitor forms and turn on Pre-registration for the visitor types people may choose, such as Meeting or Interview.
- Share the link shown under This site's request page, or make a Visit requests poster from the site's QR codes.
Good to Know
- Visitors confirm their phone or email with a code before they can ask.
- A request always waits for the host's yes, whatever the site's approval rules say. The watchlist is checked first.
- When the host approves, the visitor gets their pass like any invited guest.
- Each request counts towards your plan's visitors a month.
If Something Goes Wrong
- "The request-a-visit page comes with Starter and above." Move to Starter or above to turn it on.
- Visitors say you're not taking requests. No site has Take visit requests on, or your visitors for the month have run out.
- A visitor type isn't offered. Turn on its Pre-registration.
