Cancel a Visit

   Open the visit in ConsoleVisitorsExpected.

   Under Actions, select Cancel visit.

   Add Why (optional). It's kept on the visit for staff.

   Leave Tell (name) the visit is cancelled ticked, or untick it if you've already told them.

   Select Cancel visit to confirm.

The pass stops working at once, on the pass page and in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Good to Know

• The visit stays in History as cancelled, with its timeline.
• If the guest only needs a new time, change the visit instead: they keep the same pass.
• Hosts can cancel from the visit on Hosting in the Agoo Workspace app.

If Something Goes Wrong

• There's no Cancel visit button. The visitor has already arrived, or the visit has ended. Check them out instead.
• You cancelled the wrong visit. A cancelled visit can't be brought back. Invite the guest again.
