Fill In or Correct a Visitor's Answers

Change the answers to a visitor type's questions on a visit that's expected, waiting or on site.

  1. Open the visit in ConsoleVisitors.

  2. Under Answers, select Change answers (or Answer questions if none are answered yet).
  3. Fill in or correct the answers.
  4. Select Save answers.

Good to Know

  • Answers show as the form was when the visit was made.
  • Some answers are protected. A sensitive answer isn't shown to your role unless an admin chose it. A masked answer can be typed at the desk and then shows as "Hidden from your role".
  • Photos, signatures and ID documents are taken at the kiosk or in the Agoo app, not here.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • There's no Change answers button. The visit has ended, or your role can't change answers. Ask reception or an admin.
  • A question you need isn't there. It's not on this visitor type's form. An admin changes the form in ConsoleSettingsVisitor forms.
