Go to ConsoleAttendanceSettings and find Work-rule sets.
- Select New work-rule set and give it a Name, such as "Ward nurses", and a short note about it.
Change what's different: work days, the standard day, the break, daily and weekly hours, averaging, rounding or night time. Select Make the set.
- Choose the people and the day they start on the set, then save.
Good to Know
- Anything you don't change starts from your organisation's rules.
- Lateness, overtime approval, public holidays, leave and timesheets stay the same for everyone.
- Each person follows one set at a time, or the organisation's rules.
- A change makes a new version from the date you choose. Archive a set you no longer need, and its people go back to your organisation's rules.
If Something Goes Wrong
- Someone's hours didn't change. They aren't on the set yet, or their start date is later. Check Work rules on their attendance.
- You can't make a set. Changing sets needs the same access as changing your attendance rules.
