See a Visitor's Full ID Number

Show the full Ghana Card or passport number recorded for a visitor, when you have a reason to.

  1. Open the visit in ConsoleVisitors.

  2. Beside the ID number, select Show the full number.
  3. Say why you need it in a few words, such as "the police asked for it".
  4. Confirm. The full number shows for a short time, then hides again.

Good to Know

  • Your reason is kept in the audit trail with your name.
  • Only roles allowed to see full ID numbers have the button. Everyone else sees the type and last four characters.
  • Exports never contain full ID numbers.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • "No full number is kept for this visitor." No number was recorded, or only part of it.
  • There's no Show the full number button. Your role can't see full numbers. Ask an Owner or Admin.
